Industry Collaboration

The Computer Networks program works closely with the industry partners to maintain the up-to-date curriculum, and to generate career opportunities to its graduates. The industry partners play a vital role in shaping the content of the courses and the areas of specialization, deliver seminars, and provide students with the industry perspective throughout their study. During the final term of the program, students may work on a project supervised by an industry partner having an opportunity to explore the real challenges companies face in day-to-day operations.

Professional Certification

Due to the practical nature of the Computer Networks program, many students find the experience gained during their study to be valuable in obtaining various industry certifications. A growing number of the program graduates have achieved one of the most respected and difficult industry accreditations: Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE).
